Does your diet cause bad skin?

I have a fairly good diet, but i have bad skin/lots of blackheads, is this due to my diet or anything else?

blackheads are dirt built up on the skins surface in the pores you may have excessively oily skin or are not cleaning the area well enough and yes to much oil in the diet can case skin problems.
